The architectural strategy honors the building's historic masonry and timber structure while establishing a West Coast-inspired coffee sanctuary. A lowered gypsum board soffit acts as a proscenium arch framing the "hardware of production” - the Le Marzocco Linea espresso machines - as culinary art. Light-filled with vanilla-toned walls and contrasting cocoa millwork, the design merges intimate neighborhood charm with a refined, professional coffee experience.
