This renovation for AdaCore’s New York headquarters reimagines a 10,000 square foot 1925 Chelsea loft as a transparent high-performance environment, mirroring the company’s mission of producing reliable "software that matters." Located within a historic George and Edward Blum building, the design inserts a crisp modern vernacular into the industrial shell, utilizing a fully glazed perimeter strategy that prioritizes natural light, open collaboration and unobstructed views.

The architectural centerpiece is a centralized triple-glazed "machine room," transforming essential IT infrastructure into a visible, meticulously organized hearth that symbolizes technical precision. Adjacent to this technological core, the communal cafe and town hall act as the office's social heartbeat, fostering interaction and creating a dynamic, collaborative workspace where openness and innovation thrive.
